Skontaktuj sięIs there a pool on site, and when can I use it?
Yes, there's a general-access, heated outdoor pool on site, open seasonally from May 1 to October 31. Separately, Cabin No. 10 has its own private counter-current pool, available exclusively to guests of that cabin, not to other resort guests.
Is there a sauna, jacuzzi, and salt cave?
The general-access barrel sauna runs year-round and can be used by all resort guests. The salt cave and a second, private sauna are amenities exclusive to Cabin No. 10, and Cabin No. 1 has a private terrace jacuzzi with a fireplace. None of these are available to guests of the other 8 cabins (No. 2-9).
Is the resort accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes, some cabins are adapted for guests with disabilities - let us know about this need when sending your booking inquiry, and we'll select the right cabin for you.
Can I bring a dog or cat?
Yes. The fee is 100 zł per pet for the WHOLE stay, not per night - up to 3 pets. We accept small pets, up to about 30 cm at the shoulder. Please mention your pet when booking: by phone at +48 505 923 455 or by email at blackapart@interia.pl.
What's parking like, and is it safe for children?
Each cabin has 2 free parking spaces. The whole resort grounds are fenced and monitored 24 hours a day, there's also a playground, and the beach on Lake Czorsztyn is about 300 m from the cabins, which makes the stay comfortable even with small children.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 4 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. Reception is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) from 10 am to 4 pm. Individual or express check-in is also possible on request - it's best to let us know in advance by phone or email.
