Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay for the booking online right away?
No. You submit the booking online and immediately receive a booking number - with no payment on the website. Confirming the dates requires a 30% deposit within 24 hours of making the booking, with the remaining amount due up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 4 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. Reception is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) from 10 am to 4 pm. Individual or express check-in is also possible on request - it's best to let us know in advance by phone or email.
What extra charges apply during the stay?
A guest above the cabin's listed capacity is an extra PLN 300 per night, an additional child's crib costs PLN 50 per night, and there's a one-time refundable deposit / final cleaning fee of PLN 200. The exact pricing for your stay (depending on the cabin and season) is sent after your inquiry.
Can I bring a dog or cat?
Yes. The fee is 100 zł per pet for the WHOLE stay, not per night - up to 3 pets. We accept small pets, up to about 30 cm at the shoulder. Please mention your pet when booking: by phone at +48 505 923 455 or by email at blackapart@interia.pl.
Is there a pool on site, and when can I use it?
Yes, there's a general-access, heated outdoor pool on site, open seasonally from May 1 to October 31. Separately, Cabin No. 10 has its own private counter-current pool, available exclusively to guests of that cabin, not to other resort guests.
